About The Book

Jack Turner is an investigative journalist determined to expose the people who profit from corruption. While examining evidence provided by Dr. Angela Reed, he discovers links to financial crimes, abuse of power, and an illegal organ-trafficking network connected to influential businessman Mr. Gibson.

Before Jack can publish the story, Angela is murdered, evidence is planted, and Jack is convicted of the crime. His sentence sends him to Hush Prison, where rumours of missing inmates soon become impossible to ignore.

With help from prisoners including Marcus Chen, Samantha River, and Jim, Jack begins examining the institution from within. Meanwhile, lawyer Caroline Malloy fights outside the prison to uncover suppressed evidence and prove that Jack was deliberately framed
